We invoice at the end of each month. Students are added to the invoice in the month that they finish the course. For example, a student is enrolled from August 23-September 17, 2025 they will be on the September 30, 2025 invoice. RxTBOM will work with your appointed liason to verify the student enrollments for each month so that we can properly manage the discounts.
